Customers take a number from their own phone, leave, and come back when it is nearly their turn. Your staff keep calling numbers exactly the way they do today.
Try it yourself
This is the real thing, running right here. Press the buttons on the counter and watch the waiting-area display and your customer's phone follow along.
Nobody has been called yet.
In your shop
No new hardware, no training day, no rewiring how you work. One printed QR code on the counter is the entire installation.
A customer points their camera at your QR code and gets a number. Your staff do not have to do anything for this to happen.
They can see their number, how many people are ahead, and roughly how long it will take. So they go and do something useful.
When their turn gets close, their phone tells them. Your desk stops being interrupted by people asking how much longer.
What is included
There is no cheaper version with features taken out. A one-chair salon gets exactly what a four-counter clinic gets.
The honest answers
No. The QR code opens a web page in whatever browser their phone already has. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, no account. That is deliberate — anything they have to install is something most of them will not install.
Your staff add them at the counter with the "Add walk-in" button, exactly like handing over a paper token. They get the same number in the same queue and watch the display screen. The phone part is an option for the people who want it, not a requirement for everyone.
The counter screen keeps showing the queue and keeps working from what it already has, then catches up on its own when the connection returns. A brief drop does not stop you serving people.
Yes. Staff get their own logins. They can call, skip and pause the queue, but they cannot see your billing, change your settings or add other staff.
No. The display screen is just a web page — an old laptop, a spare tablet or any TV with a browser will do. You can also run without a display at all; the phones carry the queue on their own.
Around a minute. You enter your business name, say how many counters you have, and print the QR code it gives you. There is nothing to install on any computer.
It runs on Google's Firebase, each business can only ever see its own records, and the database is backed up every night. You can stop whenever you like — nothing is held hostage and nothing is deleted when you go.
One flat monthly fee for the whole business, with no charge per customer and no charge per counter. The current price is shown when you sign up, and the 30-day trial does not ask for a card, so you can see the whole thing working before money is mentioned.
Thirty days, every feature, no card. If it does not suit your shop, walk away — there is nothing to cancel.
