Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using QueuePass, "you") and QueuePass ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
QueuePass lets your customers take a digital token by scanning a QR code and lets you call them from a dashboard. Features include counters, staff logins, alerts, announcements, reports and waiting-time activities. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
- You must give correct details (name, mobile number, business) and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including your staff's use.
- You must have the right to run the business you register.
3. Free trial and plan
- New businesses get a free trial (currently 30 days). No payment details are needed for the trial.
- After the trial, continuing needs a paid plan at the price shown in the app (for example ₹199 per month in India). Prices may change; a price change applies from your next payment, and we will show the new price before you pay.
- Payment is made manually (for example by UPI) for the months you choose. Your plan is extended once we confirm the payment, and a receipt is sent to your email.
- If the plan ends, customers can still take tokens for a few extra days; after that, new tokens stop until you renew. Your data is kept.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use QueuePass to break the law, to send spam, to collect data you are not allowed to, to harm or mislead customers, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, and we will try to tell you first.
5. Your customers' data
You decide how to use QueuePass with your customers and are responsible for using their details (names, phone numbers) properly and only for your queue. We handle this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Branding
Customer pages, the TV screen and the QR poster show "Powered by QueuePass". This cannot be removed.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep QueuePass running, but it depends on the internet, phones and third-party services (such as Google Firebase), so we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Phone alerts depend on the customer's device and settings. Please keep a simple backup way to call customers (for example, calling the token number out loud).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, QueuePass is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost business or profit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using QueuePass at any time — simply do not renew. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
